Prior to the expiry date of the respective management contracts dated 30 September 2003, the quality control and technical support services were provided by Golden Frontier and AG Enterprises respectively. Such services have since been undertaken by Quanzhou Honglin internally. Accordingly, Golden Frontier and AG Enterprises have become inactive.
