We intend to capitalise on market opportunities by implementing the following:

• Establishing new production lines
  
  Leveraging on our existing product range, we intend to expand our business to broaden our revenue stream and reduce our risk exposure. We intend to establish two new production lines in our existing production facilities to manufacture differential sea-island bi-component fibre and differential nylon-polyester bi-component fibre. We are targeting to establish these two production lines by the end of 2004.
  
  We plan to have an annual production capacity for each of the differential sea-island bi-component fibre and the differential nylon-polyester bi-component fibre to be approximately 8,000 tonnes, respectively. With the new production lines, we expect to have the capability to expand our product range and increase the overall operating efficiency of our production facilities.



• Conducting research and developing new products and technologies
  
  We intend to conduct further research and development in the engineering of new chemical fibres and production techniques with emphasis on the production of chemical differential fibre products.
